Kids Scooters Cars
Those who reside in my apartment complex have 100 kids! Huge problem! Help?!?
My home is another floor apt and also the neighbors below me and below them have kids. I’m not sure which children are their own because you will find always a minimum of 10 kids playing around. I believe the woman might be running some type of day-care. These children are always riding their bikes and scooters and putting scratches on my small vehicle and leading to the alarm to visit off. These children are ALWAYS screaming, crying and creating a ruckus within the hall outdoors my door. I spoken to my landlord once and that i have no idea what he’s doing about this and that i also have pointed out it towards the lady that lives downstairs. I haven’t any kids.

If she’s managing a childcare, she should seek advice from the owner about this first. It isn’t her property, she’s only leasing from him. There may be rules about this within the lease.
I do not think the owner can discriminate from the lady for getting a lot of kids. You need to speak with the owner about this again. But write him a licensed letter so u obtain a return receipt. It certainly is good to place this stuff on paper.
However I do agree, 10 kids is a little absurd to reside with. She must control the children and never allow them to go wild.
